By submitting a newsletter contribution you agree to the publication of the submitted data via newsletter or any other suitable form by GAP e.V. Your submission will be saved on the servers of GAP e.V. indefinitely. GAP e.V. will usually publish all data that you submitted with the exception of the email address that you provided for inquiries of GAP e.V. We may adjust your submission in terms of content or stylistically before publication or withhold it altogether.

Captcha-Service
Our forms use the captcha service Friendly Captcha, which provides a comfortable means of precluding misuse of our services while fully satisfying the European GDPR requirements.
In the process of your submission of a newsletter contribution, a puzzle is requested from the servers of Friendly Captcha, which will then be solved on your device locally and automatically. This solution will be transmitted back to the Friendly-Captcha servers after your submission in order to ensure that the submission was provided by a human user. Friendly Captcha only collects the data necessary for this procedure.
Neither GAP e.V. nor Friendly Captcha save personal user data during this process. The data collected is exclusively used to preclude misuse of our forms by bots or malicious users and is necessary for us to be able to provide this service to the user. By using and submitting data to GAP e.V., you agree to transmitting data to the servers of Friendly Captcha as described here.

Our circulars and other sent out infor-mation serve as member information in accordance with the society’s statutes.
